Guidance Rooted in Experience, Care, and Hope

Support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and the many in-between seasons that deserve care too.

Hi, I’m Buffy Stinchfield, The Pelvic Health Coach.

I’m a pelvic health physical therapist, educator, and mom of three. Since 2006, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and the many in-between seasons that don’t always get talked about.
My work is rooted in both clinical experience and lived experience. I know what it feels like to struggle in your body, to have symptoms brushed off, and to wonder if this is just how things are now. I also know that healing is possible when you are given the right information, guidance, and support.
I specialize in helping women understand their bodies, rebuild trust in movement, and create simple, sustainable habits that support long-term health. My approach blends pelvic health expertise with whole-body awareness, realistic movement, and foundational wellness, always meeting you where you are.
You are not broken. You do not need to do more or try harder. You need clarity, support, and a path forward that makes sense for your real life.

My Mission

My mission is to help women feel better in their bodies, now and for the long run.
Through education, purposeful movement, and small, consistent habits, I guide women from overwhelm toward clarity and confidence. I believe healing does not come from extreme plans or rigid routines. It grows through understanding your body, listening to what it needs, and taking steady steps that build trust over time.
Whether you are preparing for birth, healing after it, navigating hormonal changes, or simply wanting to move with greater ease, my goal is to help you feel informed, capable, and supported in your next step forward.

This work is about more than symptom relief. It is about creating a foundation for lifelong self-care that honors your body, your season of life, and your capacity.

How I Help Women Move Forward

Healing rarely begins with a dramatic change. More often, it begins with one small step that finally feels possible. I support women through clear education, gentle guidance, and simple practices that restore trust in the body over time. My work brings together pelvic health physical therapy, whole-body movement, foundational nutrition, and simple lifestyle guidance so progress feels steady instead of overwhelming.

You may begin with a book that helps you understand your body in a new way.
You may find support through guided resources, community, or structured programs designed to meet you where you are. Or you may simply start by learning one small shift that helps you feel more at ease in your own body today.
There is no single perfect path forward. Only the next step that feels supportive, steady, and true for this season of your life. And wherever you begin, you do not have to walk that path alone.
